When Ryo was a young boy, he got into a accident and had to have his right arm operated on. However now that he is older, finds out that he has a strange power that allows him to heal. A new transfer student Hayato Shingu, attends his high school. Hayato kidnaps Katsumi Akagi. Hayao's arm changes into a sharp blade.

A man named Crow appears in front of Ryo and Hayato. Hayato know that Ryo is not the enemy and lets him an Katsumi escape. Ryo makes a weapon and goes to help Hayato.

Ryo and Hayato search for their ARMS friends but a small resonance occurs in their ARMS. The person is Takeshi Tomoe, who is a transfer student who was involved with delinquents

Al and Jeff are children assassins from Egrigori. Ryo finds out a bomb has been planted inside the school.

Al and Jeff continue the rampage in the school and Hayato gets stuck fighting Plus, while Minus appears out the of ceiling and engages Ryo. Both Plus and Minus overwhelm them, then Takeshi shows up and changes everything.

Hayato gets attacked and Ryo tries to help him but something strange happens to Ryo's ARMS. His ARMS can now capture concrete fragments and form them into bullets. But he can't control it.

Keith makes his appearance after knocking out Hayato. Al sends Minus after him but Keith beats him easily.

Ryo and his friends search for Katsumi and meet up in three days. But they find out that Examii, the Egrigori superhuman troop, is waiting for them.

Keith breaks Hayao's ARMS and injures him. But then his ARMS knight awakens to help him and the people he cares for.

Samurai carries a bomb and it can't be dismantled. The White Rabbit awakens to protect what he cares about.

Ryo gets shot with a bullet called the Venom which is a computer virus that destroys Jabberwock's AI. He goes into Jabberwock's mind to take out the virus and goes to his core.

Ryo discovers that his mind was the creator of Jabberwock and tries to accept his anger. Ryo finds a girl crying by herself and her name is Alice, but she says she created the Jabberwock.

The battle with Gauss is over and Aizu City has regained peace. Ryo and his friends find out that Katsumi is in Arizona, USA, they decide to leave too.
