The story follows Teppei, a caretaker of a farm located in Kamui Island. He visits his genius brother who studies robotics in Germany only to see him get abducted by a group of half human half machine beings. Using a powerful weapon he calls the Meisei Fist, he attempts to hunt them down and rescue his brother.

Kiseki! Fukkatsu no bîto ekkusu

Teppei has a older brother, Kotaro who is a genius and is kidnapped by the evil Machine Empire. Teppei meets Metal Face and his B't Madonna, who injures Teppei. Bleeding badly, his blood reactivates B't Raphaello.

Tanjô! Taiyô no batorâ

Teppei seems to think that Karen's partner X has become his ally. After Metal Face and his B't Madonna leave, Teppei and X get attacked Fifth Unit Ryukon Troops.

Taiketsu! Kikai kôkoku no yabô

Karen is the original donor to X and he will obey only him. He tries everything to get rid of Teppei and find Karen.

Tôjô! Densetsu no shirei shô

X cooperates with Teppei, but then one of the best fighters in the Machine Empire appears, Fou Lafine and his Je t'aime.

Tabidachi! Kesshi no batoru rôdo

Teppei gets treated in Fou's chapel. Kaas takes some of the children hostage. Je'taime, Fou, Teppe and X have to work together to stop the soldiers from reporting to the Empire.

Kyôfu! Sabaku no pairêtsu

Teppei and X meet a big robot named Big Rock and it is piloted by a boy named Gaku. It doesn't take long for Teppei and X t beat him however and then the real guardian of the first point shows up, named Groupie who can eat anything.

Kyôgaku! Kikai kôtei no nazo

X and Teppei seem to think that evil Captain Hook and his B't were defeated but he wasn't. Captian attacks with his Hanging Rod and his B't X comes back to life and tries to eat them again.

Karei! Genwaku senshi Kamîra

Gaku is poisoned by the Heavy Steam that was given off by Groupie, so X and Teppei rush off in order to the next point where a oasis is found. They need to wash it of of Gaku and themselves. However the the oasis is being protected by Kamiura and his B't Mirage.

Kyôi! Ebiru furawâ

Teppei and X break free from the illusion and X goes finds the B't Mirage and Teppei goes after Kamiura. They were affected by the Evil Flower.

Hakugeki! Metarufeisu no gyakushû

Teppei and X get attacked by B't Madonna and Metal Face. They force them to crash land into a deadly valley where the sound of wind affect B't.

Muteki! Higashi no reishô Ron

B't Raido shows up in front of Teppei and X and his donor, Ron is one of the greatest fighters in the machine Empire. He has the power of one of the Spirit Generals.

Kyôteki! Môshô Kaosu

Teppei and X meet a elderly man named Kaos and they find out that he and his B't X, Lamu were legendary warriors of the Machine Empire.

Badi atsuki kokoro no kizuna

B't Lamu and Kaos attack Teppei through his Battle Gear and Teppei and X learn to trust each other more.

Higeki! Hakaba no shôjo Maria

Teppei and X come to a big graveyard and a giant tree with skeletons. They meet a girl named Maria who is scared of something that lives there.

S1 • E15

Sakuretsu! Shinigami e no ichigeki

X gets a lot of damage by the Reaper. Teppei and X have to unite to save themselves and help Maria.

S1 • E16

Fukkatsu! Goshiki no rinkô

Teppei and X get reunited and X revives his Prism of Aura and beat all of the Reaper. X is still damaged.

Shutsugen! Kuroi ekkusu

X tries to fly Teppei as close to the Area before he dies, and another hit man appears, named Rai of the Dark Knights. Shadow X appears when Teppei and X fight back.

Ankoku! Andâheru no kyôfu

Kotaro tries to find out what Raphael is and keep from being killed by the jailer in UnderHell.

S1 • E19

Kesshi! Ekkusu no saigo

Mira the strongest of the Dark Knights shows up when X is dying. Teppei fights him but X intervenes and attacks too. Only together do they stand a chance beating Mira.

S1 • E20

Inochi bureiku hâto

Teppei awakens after the last battle and he finds X in pieces. He finds out that he has been rescued by by Hokuto and B't Max.

S1 • E21

Shinsei! B' T Ekkusu tanjô

Hokuto rescued Teppei and X, and B't Max rebuilds X into Neo B't X who is more powerful now.

S1 • E22

Saikyô! Eria no shichi-mashô

Teppei and X meet up with Fou, Je'taime, Hokuto and B't Max. Teppei and X battle into the Machine Empire.

S1 • E23

Senkô Shainingu nakkuru

Teppei and X struggle to fight B't Lalaynya and Myslim.

S1 • E24

Enjô! Taiyô no kakera

Teppei and X manage to beat Lalaynya but still not Myslim.

S1 • E25

Datô B'T Rafaero

Hokuto and Fou go to the Area to clean up doubts about the Machine Empire. Teppei and X also try to get to the Area but are stopped by Ron of the East.
