Destro hacks into the Sigma 6 computer and infects it with a virus. He also sends Zartan and the Dreadnoks on a mission to try to free the Cobra Commander.

Cobra Commander is back in charge of the Cobra Command so he launches an all out assault on the G.I. Joe Headquarters. Scott Abernathy and Spud get pursued by Overkill's B.A.T. invention Overlord Vector.
