Jiro Hitoyoshi, member of the Superhuman Bureau, goes to a local diner in order to recruit Kikko Hoshino, a witch working as a waitress. Whilst that occurs, two superhumans are fighting: Grosse Augen and an "S" Planetarian, thus it is Jiro's job to interfere.

Inside the 'Black Smog

The Superhuman Bureau teams up with Fuurota, a young, mischievous ghost in order to stop the "Black Fog", a catastrophic event that was caused by the same insect Fuurota set free.

Raito Shiba, a cyborg detective who investigates superhumans, looks into cases of serial bombings. While investigating, he finds a girl named Mieko, and has to deal with these newfound feelings.

Minoru was a Japanese prisoner of war to the U.S. and has gone missing for 30 years. His family has survived a disaster at the chemical plant completely unscathed. The Superhuman Bureau investigates this family after rumors of them potentially being immortal.

A new organization arises named Infernal Queen, known for their radical methods of killing those they deem evil. The leader bears a strong resemblance to Hyouma, which begs the question: who is Hyouma and are those two the same person?

Justice/Freedom/Peace

The U.S. navy's submarine, Antares is coming to Japan. At the same time this is happening, the Angel Stars are performing to hundreds of youths, leading to riots. From all of this arises a superhuman named Claude, who attacks the submarine, unraveling secrets.

Hakko Superhuman Crash Incident

Doctors and nurses have been murdered left and right in Sapporo. Is Claude the perpetrator of these murders and if so, what are his motivations?

Riots in Shinjuku

Claude gains a following of thousands who are anti-establishment and start rioting in Shinjuku, organizing a "Superhuman Revolution". Will Jiro be able to face off against Claude, and would doing so change anything?
