It's the year 2011, and in Japan otaku culture has been banned. A rebel group stationed in Akihabara led by Otaku Hero and aided by Magical Girl Anarchy, launch an attack on the otaku prison camp at Tokyo Big Sight to free the detainees.

Super hacker Nick provides Otaku Hero, Anarchy, and Blue with information regarding Pink's whereabouts. In an effort to persuade Pink to side with them, the group travels to her hiding place.
S1 • E3
Otaku Hero takes Anarchy, Blue, and Pink to a maid cafe where they play a game. They are disrupted when an unexpected guest arrives with the intent to exterminate them. The trio must act quickly to defend themselves from their assailant.

Otaku Hero tries to recover a lost toy but ends up stepping on the toes of some old-school otakus in the process. In an attempt to make amends, a swim meet is held.
S1 • E5
Super hacker Nick informs Otaku Hero of a rumor that scientist, Chogo Master can create a performance-enhancing drug for Anarchy, Blue, and Pink. They journey to Shibuya in an attempt to find him.
S1 • E6
Super hacker Nick is currently under siege, but Otaku Hero and the Magical Girls are nowhere in sight. Meanwhile, Otaku Hero relives the memories from his past.
S1 • E7
Otaku Hero and the Magical Girls are unexpectedly transported into a game world. Blue and Pink get captured and forcibly separated from the group. Its up to Otaku Hero and Anarchy to fend off the attackers and find a way to escape.
S1 • E8
The otaku rebels want to host a secret underground party. Otaku Hero steps up and becomes the lead producer of the event.
S1 • E9
The Magical Girl's performance is interrupted by one of the SCC's Four Heavenly Kings, who are dead set on destroying the girls and the rest of the otakus at the event.
S1 • E10
Otaku Hero leads the Revolutionary Army in an assault on the National Diet Building, while the Magical Girls remain at Akiba to defend against Slayer.
S1 • E11
Otaku Hero attempts to reach the Magical Girls in order to stop Shobon, while the Magical Girls engage in the battle they were born to fight.
S1 • E12
A story comes to a close and a new one begins.
