Pastry

The six remaining bakers must make perfect mini fruit tarts in the Skills Challenge before being tasked with making a coffee-flavored St Honore Cake in the Master Challenge.

Cafe Classics

Five bakers are left; they tackle the creme brulee; for the Master Challenge, they bake an opera cake, a six-layer masterpiece, which must feature the flavor of hazelnut.

S1 • E5

Modern Classics

The four remaining bakers make mini mirror glaze cakes in the Skills Challenge and present a two-course dessert tasting menu featuring chilies and fennel in the Master Challenge.

Chocolate

The final three bakers make a perfect chocolate souffle in the Skills Challenge before baking the ultimate chocolate liquor cake in the Master Challenge.
