Seven bakers remain to compete in back-to-back challenges that take sweet and tart to a whole new territory, as they vie to make the best honey dessert, plus they have to create citrus treats, using lemons and limes.

Mother's Day

The bakers celebrate Mother's Day during challenges, which include transforming coffee and cream into a delectable dessert. Also: they must whip up a festive mom-worthy brunch.

Birthday Blast

Five bakers remain for a birthday bash challenge, which requires them to create desserts on a stick and an amazing cake to be paired with homemade ice cream.

S1 • E5

Memorial Day Madness

In the penultimate challenge, Memorial Day desserts are prepared by the final four bakers, who are judged on their layered springtime trifles and treats that are red, white and blue.
