Inspector Beth Lestrade of New Scotland Yard is convinced that Professor Moriarty has returned from the dead, so she asks biologist Sir Evan Hargreaves to cellular rejuvenate Sherlock Holmes, who's body has been preserved in honey for nearly 200 years.

Martin Fenwick is turning innocent citizens of New London into criminals and sends them out to commit a crime wave. Holmes and Lestrade meet the new Baker Street Irregulars: Wiggins, Deidre and Tennyson.

Three young moon visitors are attacked by a phantom hound. Holmes faces the clone of his greatest enemy, who intends to take over the moon and then, the Earth.

Lestrade is infected by mind-altering nanobots and goes on a rampage. The only clue is a Chinese puzzle box. When another one turns up at Holme's doorstep, he begins to show the same symptoms.

A computer vampire is crashing New London's largest computer grids and sucking their data dry. Lestrade asks Holmes and the Irregulars to help uncover the vampire's identity, while Moriarty wants it as his new partner in crime.

Nanobot technology has been stolen from GeneTech and the trail leads to former members of the 'Earth Sentinals' animal rights movement.

Moriarty and Fenwick use Dr. Blessington's new DNA washer to change the appearances of criminals and make their DNA unrecognizable, like ordinary, innocent bystanders.

20 years after her father died during a moon-quake, Mary Morstan is summoned to the moon by the son of her father's business partner. Holmes and Watson are invited along for the ride.

When Hilton and Elsie Cubitt's research for subzero temperature growth is almost stolen, both end up in hospital The Baker Street Irregulars request to be more involved in solving a case for once. While Wiggns and Deidre search for clues, Tennison attempts to crack the Dancing Men code found in a mysterious E-mail.

Fenton steals the Musgrave sword from the British Museum. Moriarty thinks he has deciphered the Musgrave ritual that leads to a powerful meteor from which the sword was forged.

Blue Carbuncles are the number one sold out Christmas toy. But one Carbuncle turns out to be more sophisticated and life-like when activated. This particularly toy is on Holmes, Moriarty and it's inventor's wish list.

Silver Blaze, a favorite racing spacecraft in the Asteroid Belt Grand Prix is stolen on Lunar City. The racers and managers begin accusing each other while Lestrade, Watson and Holmes all suspect different culprits.

A man who prefers to live without the use of modern technology is poisoned and sends his young son to fetch Sherlock Holmes. Watson, however, being mechanical, is not welcome.

Carter Wilson becomes the newest member of the exclusive Red-Headed League. Holmes visits Wilson's Fish 'n Virtual Reality Chips café to discover an art theft being planned for the nearby National Art Gallery.

Lois St. Clair asks Holmes and Watson to help find her husband Neville, even though a funeral was held for him a month earlier. The trail leads to a panhandler with a twisted lip and two British Intelligence agents who are investigating the Night Ravens gang.
