In 2068 Spectrum, a new security force, receives a signal emanating from Mars. Captains Scarlet and Black are sent to investigate, and find an alien city inhabited by aliens called Mysterons but first contact goes wrong and war is started.

Captains Scarlet and Blue race to stop Captain Black, whose now under the control of the Mysterons, from destroying the earth.

Destiny Angel and Captain Blue are on a top secret mission in the space Shuttle Mercury, when suddenly a hacker takes control demanding a ransom with the threat to crash-land the nuclear powered shuttle into Washington DC.

Spectrum is faced with a new threat when the Mysterons deploy a weapon that interrupts all electromagnetic. Captain Scarlet must dig deep into history and use a novel way to try to combat this new threat.

The Mysterons interfere with a climate control experiment. Spectrum become involved in a desperate race to stop the latest experiment sending millions of people insane.

Destiny Angel is invited to attend an advance flight training course but on route Captain Black kidnaps her. Later, CCTV footage shows Destiny stealing top-secret missile launch codes and so Captain Scarlet is sent to eliminate her.

Scarlet awakens after being killed during a mission to discover he is a ghost. He is aware of a bomb planted on Skybase but must find a way to interact with the crew and warn them of the situation.

Spectrum becomes aware of a Mysteron plan to penetrate the defenses of a nuclear power plant in Scotland. Spectrum launch every available asset to stop them but discover the Mysterons intend to use Spectrum's own technology to defeat them.

When Colonel White's daughter, Victoria, is kidnapped, her abductors demand the colonel take part in a train robbery. Captains Scarlet and Blue must try and find the kidnappers and ensure the safe return of Victoria before its too late.

A Mysteron replicant of, Spectrum training commander, Astrid Winters comes to Captain Scarlet and tells him not all Mysterons support the war against earth and offers information that could end the conflict for good but can she be trusted?
