In a dystopian future of 2040, young ecology student Kit Walker, Jr. is contacted by his missing father's friend Guran, who tries to convince him to take up his family's tradition and become the 24th Phantom.

Generation Unto Generation: Part 2

Rebecca Madison, the evil head of a powerful robotics corporation, plans to brainwash rebellious teens through a popular virtual reality game. Meanwhile, officer Sagan Cruz, who thinks that Phantom is a criminal, is after Kit.

The Sum of the Parts

Rebecca Madison creates Phantom's android duplicate and sends him on a spree of armed robberies to frame the Phantom. Sagan faces the Phantom.

Fire and I.C.E.

Madison mistakes street-smart orphaned computer wiz Sparks for the Phantom and sends her right hand man and environmentalist turned assassin Hubert Graft, who has a personal grudge against the Phantom, to take care of him.

Rebecca uses popular rock star Vaingloria, who works for her, to blackmail the city council of Metropia (former New York City) to allow her company to build Cyberville, a place she secretly plans to turn into her own private fortress.

Shadows from the Past

Deposed Egyptian queen, Nia, arrives to Metropia to kill the Phantom, who opposed her rule. Meanwhile, Graft gets a mech suit to go after the Phantom. Guran becomes collateral damage.

The Good Mark

Phantom learns that Rebecca has files on his father's fate. She uses them to set a trap for him but Graft has his own ideas. Also, Guran explains to Kit what Phantom's Good Mark ring is for.

Ghost in the Machine

Rebecca transfers her dead husband Maxwell Madison Sr.'s consciousness into an android. However, this causes him to have a serious identity crisis. He flees to the place where he died and Kit's father went missing - the Sector Zero wreck.

Dark Orbit: Part One

With the help of Gorda, a morbidly obese female criminal mastermind from Australia, arrogant terrorist leader Sean One, who wants to secede orbital colonies from Earth, sends his Free Orbital Movement army to hijack Madison's shipments.

Dark Orbit: Part Two

After Gorda takes Guran and Rebecca's sociopath son Maxwell Madison Jr. hostage and Sean One threatens to use a laser super weapon against Metropia, if his demands are not met, Graft and the Phantom must team up to stop them.

The Biot in Red

Heisenberg, a shape-shifting android (or fractal biot) with amnesia, falls for Pavlova, the personal android assistant of Doctor Jak, a popular shock jock and tabloid journalist obsessed with The Phantom. Their self-awareness buds.

The Gauntlet

Mysterious holographic information broker who calls himself Mr. Cairo helps Sparks remember what happened to his parents. The answer lies in Rebecca's Cyberville, guarded by a monstrous cybernetic security system.

Three Into One

Three young people form a hive mind and turn to crime. Sagan teams up with the Phantom to track down Dr. Jeter, Rebecca's former employee who ran human experiments of similar nature. Graft is sent to silence Jeter for good.

Life Lessons

Sagan infiltrates Cyberville to investigate the rumors of Madison using humans masked as androids for labor. Kit learns that the nuclear reactor that's powering the complex is leaking, which puts every man and android in grave danger.

The Magician

A mysterious old man known only as the Magician might know the Phantom's true identity. Since all information about him were deleted, Rebecca uses the memories of her dead husband to track the Magician down.

S1 • E16

Swifter, Higher, Faster

Maxwell tests dangerous nanobot steroids on student athletes, which cause them to become uncontrollably violent and obsessively competitive. Jena, one of Kit's female college friends, becomes their latest user.

Lasers in the Jungle

Graft takes reluctant Vaingloria and a squad of Rebecca's androids to Ghost Jungle in Sector Zero, a place where a train accident involving Kit's and Maxwell's fathers caused an environmental hazard long ago, to find the Phantom's lair.

S1 • E18

Down the Line

Kit, Guran, Kit's professor turned private detective Jack Archer, Sparks and Kit's great-aunt Heloise receive a message from the Phantom of post-apocalyptic 2157, who asks Kit to kill Rebecca since she will bring about the apocalypse.
