Ace and Sloane are being chased by her billionaire evil brother Hux and find the secret sub-basement where Ace discovers he can operate the family's DN Scrambler.

Ace and Sloane use their DN Altered creatures to compete in a robot smashing contest against Sloane's brother Hux, if anything to prove to Mendel that these creatures are battle ready guardians of the meteor.

Mendel provides a tale about an Elf who comes to town to learn about clash-bots only to have Huxley kidnap him to build jolly-bots to control the town.

Ace finds an old map in Mendel's junk and sets out to find the treasure shown on it. With the help of a new mutation They wind up in a mine. The treasure is a teddy bear but they also find a meteor splinter that could hold great power.

Ace looses the meteor splinter while testing it and it ends up in the harbor causing havoc with the water supply. An eel has swallowed it and has mutated into a monster.

Rodge Dynamite uses a cloning device to try a win of the clash tournament to obtain the title belt which contains a meteor splinter which Juan wants.

The team tries to figure out who their new enemy is. They set out a trap and find out it's Juan who gets the splinter and powers up his own battle suit to destroy Huxley.
