Pia (Barbie Imperial), a sales executive, takes great pride in her beauty. In fact, she uses it to her advantage by manipulating the people around her. Upeng (Chai Fonacier), on the other hand, is a simple and hardworking woman who works in a car wash shop. Her looks, however, is not just one of her assets. When the two finally cross paths, a mysterious turn of events causes them to switch their bodies.

Unaware that they switched bodies, Pia (Chai Fonacier) and Upeng (Barbie Imperial) find themselves in a series of awkward situations. Upeng's family is later sent into confusion when a beautiful lady shows up at their house, claiming that she is the car wash girl. Pia's mother (Pie Picache), on the other hand, refuses to let a woman who is insisting that she is the former's daughter enter their mansion, thinking that she is out of her mind. Soon after, Pia and Upeng discover what has happened to them. In hopes of returning to their original lives, the two agree to seek the help of a spirit medium.

Now that she will be able to monitor Upeng (Barbie Imperial) all day, Pia is positive that it will be easier for them to solve their problems. However, she soon realizes that acting as someone else in her own home is not as easy as it seems. Instead of worrying about trivial things, Pia focuses on guiding Upeng through her daily life. She then teaches her how to use her charms in order to win the Lucky Wheels account back from Joshua (Rayt Carreon).

Missing her old life, a homesick Upeng (Barbie Imperial) pays the car wash shop and her family a visit. After regaining her spirits, she promises to do everything in her power to win the Lucky Wheels account back from Joshua (Rayt Carreon). She even agrees to be his slave for a week. Much to Pia's (Chai Fonacier) dismay, Upeng's efforts are not enough to please her ex-boyfriend. Unwilling to give up, Pia decides to take matters into her own hands and realizes something about her past actions in the process.

Upeng (Barbie Imperial) apologizes to Joshua (Rayt Carreon) on behalf of Pia (Chai Fonacier). Feeling satisfied, they both decide to pay Upeng's family a visit. However, Boyet (Marc Acueza) and his friends put Pia on the spot as they drag her to the auditions for the Christmas singing contest. Elsewhere, two of Pia's loved ones return, further complicating their situation. Meanwhile, Joshua begins to appreciate the positive changes he is seeing in his ex-girlfriend.

Through the endless support she received from Upeng's loved ones, Pia becomes inspired to join and decides to give it her all. Using her excellent public speaking skills and her wits, she manages to impress the Lucky Wheels Corporation representatives. Coming down from the heavens, Amorosa (Reneé Dominique) realizes that someone needs to finish Putito's task on Michael (Jairus Aquino) and Celine (Kira Balinger) before the opportunity passes.
