The Fixer

Ben's mother Carol arranges to meet him at The Shackletons and is invited to stay where she goes on to reveal details on Ben's younger days and then to counsel the rest of the Shackletons against Ben's wishes causing mayhem. At the same time Ted is hosting an important work event and it goes from bad to worse because of Carol's meddling. Finally Ben snaps out of his trance and puts the family back on track again.
