A Wheeler dealer likeable rogue gets lumbered with his girlfriends younger brother who's come down from Liverpool to London. After initially finding the lad and the task of looking after him a huge inconvenience he subsequently discovers that the young scouse is a master snooker player and seeing a world of potential opportunity in this, strokes up a partnership that evolves into brotherhood.
