It was written by Michael Noonan a successful Australian writer living in London at the time ...famous for " The Patchwork Hero" Don Chaffey..a director, had been looking for a boy to do Disneys " The Prince and the Pauper" for a while...on the strength of Scullys work...he tested him and of course, such is life. Christopher Morohan directed the Armchair Theatre..most famous for, later being Peter Halls 2nd in command at the National theatre.
