Five members of a high school's Cultural Research Club mysteriously swap bodies with one another, giving each a startling glimpse of their innermost thoughts.

After further body-swaps occur, this time involving three of them at once, the members of the Cultural Research Club finally begin to realise the ramifications of what is happened. What's more, they are visited by one of their teachers, Mr Goto, who appears to have experienced a body swap of his own.

After a few weeks have passed, our protagonists face their own deepest desires without being able to control them. Fearing the consequences, Inaba proposes a plan.

Kiriyama is still missing and things go south after more and more deeper thoughts are freed. Inaba and Taichi lose their composure and a real fear that the club might disband settles in.

The club reaches a point of no return when one of its members is injured. However, the class leader, Fujishima, unwittingly proves to be a great help with an idea that, curiously, only Iori agrees with.

Aoki and Taichi try to reconcile. Deciding to act on the missing pieces, both Kiriyama and Inaba receive a visit to try and break them both from their own imprisonment.

A few more weeks passed until something strange was detected. Without his name on the list, Taichi suspected something was up, only for his sister to point it out. Meanwhile, Aoki mistakes Kiriyama, who meets an old foe.

Kiriyama and Iori end up remembering the past once forgotten. Aoki, also affected, try to clarify his feelings by confronting it. However Taichi, pressured by the cunning Inaba, makes a mistake.

The group decides to live in the construction site until Iori is forced to act. When problems arise, a difficult decision could change everyone's lives.

The Days Fall Apart

3 days after the paranormal events are back, the club needs to beat the jazz band in the end of the year presentations to keep Goto as their professor. After retracting on his words, Iori seems the most affected by the mind-reading events.

No one seems to understand what's happening to Iori, whose temper is bothering the entire class, especially Setouchi. Neither Kiriyama, Taichi, nor Inaba can find a way to get her back into the club, which angers Iori.

Determination and Resolution

The club is about to finish it's work, while Setouchi plans to take action. Taichi has to lie again to try to quell the rumors, something Inaba won't tolerate. After being wounded in the only thing Iori cares about, a confrontation ensues.
