The body of Natacha, the former owner of the convent, has been found behind a wall in the boiler room. For more than a decade everyone had believed that she had been killed during a cyclone in Indonesia. The prime suspect is Roche, the current landlord. Back then he had been attempting to pressurise Natacha into selling, which she had always refused to do. The victim's brother-in-law is also a possible suspect as is her former fiancé when a letter comes to light mentioning a strange secret.
