After a plot to splatter Chad with tomatoes goes awry, Zoltan and the Gang of Five rebel against Dr. Gangreen and take up racketeering to enslave some of San Zucchini's businesses.

Dr. Gangrene creates a group of tomato sharks. The Tomato Task Force can't stop them from wreaking havoc on San Zucchini harbor. It's up to Chad, Tara and F.T. to blast the tomatoes.
