Bored with school work, Penny decides to draw something exciting. But when her drawing comes to life, she and Dennis find themselves in a daydream similar to that of Alice in Wonderland...mixed in with Greek mythology characters.

Penny and Dennis go on a class camping trip. When a fortune teller's puppy is stollen, Penny and Dennis do all they can to find the thief.

Penny has won the chance to go on a treasure hunt to raise money for reroofing the church. Little do Penny and Dennis know that some sneaks are attempting to mislead them to the treasure.

When Dennis gets picked to play the part of Oliver Twist in a movie, Penny has her own opinions about acting with Dennis. With her magical crayon, Penny draws up more characters from Charles Dicken's novels.

Dennis's dog Sparky runs away before Penny could enter him in the dog show. And so, she draws a dog that looks very much like Sparky. When Penny draws more dogs to enter in the show, chaos occurs.
