The twenty-one competitors meet each other, and after a draw, they form the houses that will face the challenges of the show. With the houses set, they interact with Tanesha Jennifer, who gives a workshop on posing and body expression. Then, they face their first challenge: creating the perfect image using only a white shirt. At the end, the legendary house is defined.

S1 • E2
Six houses remain in the running for the title of Best Image Maker in Brazil, and are joined by stylist Walério Araújo, who guides them in the season's first battle: producing the perfect instant photo. Next, they prepare for the Top Challenge. This time, the challenge involves creating a fashion show using only denim and black pieces, with mentoring from stylist João Ribeiro. At the end, only 5 houses are left in the competition.

S1 • E3
The third episode's theme is soap opera villains. The houses, through a draw, are assigned a villain archetype, with which they must develop a creative proposal. This proposal is presented to actress Rafaela Mandelli, who gives advice on how to improve their ideas. Then, they must put their concept into action in the Top Challenge, with guidance and feedback from actress Jessica Córes.

S1 • E4
Plot twist. The eliminated houses return to compete in the second chance round. The challenge that will decide who gets back in the game is creating a cover proposal for the single "Loouca", by singer Alice Caymmi, who chooses which makeup artist, stylist, and hairstylist will get a second chance in Werk It. This newborn house joins the remaining houses for the Top Challenge: an editorial inspired by the concept of a mermaid. But it doesn't stop there: the new house returns with a bombshell power that could change the course of the competition.

The houses are challenged to develop a creative concept based on popular festivals from Brazil. In this challenge, they receive feedback from fashion influencer Raphael Dumaresq. After Dumaresq's advice, they put their ideas into practice and create the perfect fashion image inspired by the popular festival they drew.

S1 • E6
In the sixth episode, the competitors are tasked with creating a perfect image inspired by a national artist. The ideas are evaluated by singer Catto, who provides guidance on how to improve each concept. Then, they must create an inspiring and authentic fashion image based on their initial proposal. André Hidalgo, one of the most influential names in independent Brazilian fashion and creator of the iconic Casa de Criadores, helps the competitors in this challenge.

S1 • E8
In the final episode of the season, the finalist house is split up, and each member must form a new house to take on the last challenge: coming up with a concept and producing photos for a brand campaign. The team that performs best in this task will win the title of Best Image Maker in Brazil.

The competitors of Werk It gather one last time with Gianne Albertoni and Maxi Weber to reflect on their journey in the competition. Each participant shares their experiences, victories, mistakes, and lessons learned, discussing how the competition shaped their views on the fashion world and what it means to be a professional in this field. They reminisce about the challenges they faced, personal transformations, and how their perceptions of creativity and the industry have evolved throughout the season. The reunion is marked by moments of emotion and honesty as everyone reconnects and reflects on the impact the show has had on their careers.
