Haruka Haruno arrives at her new boarding school, where she meets fairies Pafu and Aroma and awakens as Cure Flora.

Now that Haruka has the ability to transform into Cure Flora, she tries to learn ballet from Minami to feel like an elegant princess. But during practice, she scrapes her knee. Minami also gains the ability to become Cure Mermaid.

While searching for the last remaining Princess Perfume after it disappears, it turns out that student and fashion model Kirara Amanogawa has it. Haruka and Minami now have to try and convince her to join their side in facing evil.

The annual noble dinner party is upcoming. Haruka is excited, wanting to make her own dress for the party. But now she has to try and balance her time on making the dress, schoolwork, and fighting evil.

After Miss Shamour tells the girls about Kanata's younger sister, Hope Kingdom's princess, student vice-president Seira Azuma holds a treasure hunt, in which the students are split into teams to search for a treasure hidden in the dorms.

Bringing the Princess Perfurme to Dyspear, Twilight receives a new Black Key to use with it. This causes a reaction in the Dress-Up Keys, which teleport Haruka and the others to the Hope Kingdom.

Twilight, now known as the Black Princess, battles the Pretty Cures as they try and restore her memories as Kanata's sister Towa. If they can't break her free of the control in time, the power of the keys will consume her completely.

After Towa wakes up at Noble Academy, Haruka tries to give her Kanata's violin, but she feels she isn't worthy of.

Haruka and the others take Towa on a tour of the city, showing her all of the delights it has to offer. Despite seeming to have fun, Towa feels she shouldn't be allowed to enjoy herself until Hope Kingdom is saved and goes off on her own.

Haruka is lured by a mysterious bird to the inside of the Flower Castle at Hope Kingdom, and she finds herself as a princess, just like she has always wanted to be. However, it is actually a trap set by Dyspear.

With Dyspear now attacking Noble Academy, the Cures are left with no choice but to reveal their secret identities to their fellow students and faculty as they prepare to finally put an end to the evils of Dys Dark.

The determined Cures charge toward Dyspear, but she absorbs the power of Close to make herself even stronger. With not even Grand Printemps affecting her, and with the despair spreading throughout the world, the Cures start to lose hope.

Dyspear has been defeated once and for all thanks to the Cures, but Close reappears, using what was left of Dyspear's power to gain a new form. Cure Flora has no choice but to duel against him in hopes of finally conquering the despair.
