Instead of flying to Pennsylvania for an arm-wrestling competition, Roger and the American Eagles ended up in Transylvania, where they encounter Count Bat Guy.

Noodles Romanoff kidnaps little Dee in exchange for Roger's plans for his new secret jet planes. Without the assistance of Roger, the rest of the American Eagles (Yank, Doodle, and Dan) set out to rescue Dee.

Roger is ordered by Col. Jack E. Schortz to infiltrate and gain knowledge of evil spy, Jacqueline Hyde. Unfortunately for Roger, he's captured and tortured. It's now up to the American Eagles to save Roger.

Roger Ramjet finds himself competing for time with Lance Crossfire over his girl friend Lotta Love. She suggest that they have a race and the winner can take her out.

Buckingham Palace calls for Roger Ramjet to help them catch "Jack The Nipper" a villain who bites off people's ear.
