Syn Iristona

The film describes the life and fate of the Ossetian poet, publicist and artist Kosta Khetagurov. Kosta Khetagurov, expelled from the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts, returns to his native land. Having opened an art workshop, he, trying to earn a living, takes orders for icon painting. For speaking out against the arbitrariness of the authorities, the artist is arrested.
