Ahre-Ketil is trying to get back into the military and Ola Halvorsen is out in nature for the first time.

It's time to prepare for battle. Ola Halvorsen shows off some tricks, while Tanja-Laila tests some moves on Lauritzen.

The Race

It's Preben's birthday and it's time for the race. Ahre-Ketil feels well prepared to cope with sleep deprivation.

The Race II

The race continues. Preben has passed away. Ahre-Ketil attacks an enemy and Special Forces soldier Paul Jefferson teaches soldiers to build caverns.

When the race is done, it's time for a trip to the local nightclub. Ola Halvorsen tests pick-up lines and Tanja-Laila checks Lauritzen.

It's time for leave and family fun. Ahre-Ketil is shot by an old friend and a name from the past appears to Tanja-Laila.

Ahre-Ketil finds new motivation in the kitchen and Preben shows that classical education pays off.

Exercise Cold Mountain

Flesmoen camp participates in the Cold Mountain NATO exercise. Ahre-Ketil makes sure that no one infiltrates the kitchen, and Preben tries to find cover.

Longman Tricks Everybody

The NATO exercise continues. Tanja-Laila approaches her mother and Ola goes on a rescue mission.

Afghanistan

Tanja-Laila may find what she's looking for. Preben makes new friends, and Ahre-Ketil is looking forward to going on a trip.
