Going Out is the theme this week. Emily offers her unique tips on navigating hen party WhatsApp group etiquette, dealing with friends who don't buy rounds and the dos and don'ts for riding a Bucking Bronco. Plus, sketches and impressions.

Family

This week's theme is family and Emily's own family are in the audience to hear her musings on family life. Plus, sketches which further play on the theme of family, including one featuring her real-life mother Kate Robbins.

This edition looks at image, including how to achieve the perfect Instagram picture, the good, the bad and the ugly aspects of dieting and Emily's ongoing battle with gym equipment.

Emily takes a deep dive into friendship and is joined by some of the most cherished people in her life as she tells us how to make new friends, break up with old ones, and how to manoeuvre our way around the treacherous world of the dinner party.

Emily reflects on the struggles of pretending she's an adult. Candidly talking about her teen years when she wanted to be the drunkest person at a party to being in her 30s and pretending not to be drunk at a baby shower.
