In a vicious attack, the Invaders destroy the SGM headquarters, and Kyotaro believes that all of his friends are dead and that he as Mirrorman will have to fight the Invaders on his own.

Kyotaro investigates after a number of ships sink off the coast, and SGM believes it may be the work of another monster. Meanwhile, Fujimoto and Yasuda take a submarine and discover an underwater Invader base that the kaiju is guarding.

A creature that gets larger by absorbing other living beings is released on Earth by the Invaders, and Kyotaro and the team must prevent it from devouring everything.

The invaders plan to turn the SGM against Mirrorman. After Kyotaro sees a housing development destroyed but everyone is seemingly still alive later, he tries to attack the enemy base as Mirrorman, falling into the invaders' trap.

Wracked with guilt at having disobeyed orders and attacked what he thought was a Mirrorman gone insane, Fujimoto decides to make a suicide run on the kaiju responsible.

When the ham radio of two boys intercepts a transmission by the Invaders, they kidnap one boy, and his brother must work with Kyotaro and the SGM to find him and prevent the latest alien attack.

After defeating Mirrorman using several of their monsters, the Invaders launch him in a rocket towards the sun, and both the SGM and the Saturanian Androsaurus struggle to rescue him before he is incinerated.

In a valley notorious for vanishing hikers, Kyotaro discovers a secret Invader base and rescues one such lost hiker, unaware that she has already been killed by the aliens and is now working against him to defeat Mirrorman.

People are vanishing from the underpopulated Isi Island, and Kyotaro is sent to investigate. There he discovers the islanders are being kidnapped and replaced by the Invaders, who are turning them into monsters.

After Yuki spots a UFO outside a small town, two of her old friends go missing, and she volunteers to stay there to watch for another landing. But both she and Kyotaro discover the town is not as it appears.

The Invaders kidnap Yuki and trap her in another dimension. They reveal to Kyotaro that they have already begun immigrating to Earth, and Yuki will not be returned unless he cooperates with their plans.

After the sudden appearance of a kaiju, Kyotaro befriends a strange child who is being bullied by the other kids, a child he suspects is hiding a dark secret.

The disabled daughter of an SGM researcher is seemingly killed by the Invaders, but her father refuses to believe she's dead. He appears to be justified when the girl returns and insists he steal the plans for a viral weapon.

A spaceship crashes into the side of an apartment building, trapping a little girl inside. The SGM team attempt to rescue her as the ship slowly crushes the building and as Mirrorman fights a monster just outside.

Kyotaro and Asami go on leave and visit Makoto, a boy who recently lost his parents. But Makoto has a new friend: a baby Kaiju named Gon that he is protecting from being discovered.

Kyotaro rescues a girl being attacked by an older woman and brings her back to SGM headquarters. She soon reveals that she is an Invader, the woman is her sister, and she is under threat of death for wanting to defect to Earth.

Members of a new SGM defense project are being murdered by the Invaders, and Yuki is captured when they attempt to move the project to Headquarters. The Invaders threaten to kill her of the main part of the project is not brought to them.

A mysterious red ship which has kidnapped two important people has returned to Earth, in order to the best friend of Dr. Mitarai next. Kyotaro, Asako, and the friend's son Yuichi are captured, and Kyotaro must find a way to save them all.

Mirrorman is attacked by a kaiju that can drain his powers, making his usual attacks useless. Kyotaro realizes he may have to sacrifice himself and allow the bomb inside him to explode in order to destroy it.

The Invaders announce they will crash their own world, the Dark Planet, into the Earth to take its place. SGM must find a way to prevent the collision in ten days' time, or Earth will have its last day in the universe.

Only five days remain until the Dark Planet slams into Earth. Meanwhile, Asako learns about Kyotaro's secret. Will he be able to defeat the Invaders and live the rest of his life as a human being once and for all?
