Rei Asakura (Yukie Nakama), leader of the Minsei Party is expected by many to become Japan's first female prime minster. Genma Shido (Toshiaki Karasawa), is home when a call from CTU (Counter Terrorist Unit.) requests for him to attend his office, however before Genma leaves his home, he discovers his daughter Miyu (Hiyori Sakurada) has sneaked out of the house. A horrible plan is underway that would eventually shake Japan, Rei Asakura and Genma Shido lives forever.
