A man with a briefcase who comes to take his blood pressure at the pharmacy gets stuck in the machine and cannot withdraw his arm. With the commotion, when he finally frees himself, leaves and forgets his briefcase with 20 million pesetas.

The police inform Lourdes that there is a thief loose in the neighborhood. Since Lourdes has to accompany Guille to the theater, Pili asks her new boyfriend, Chencho, to come to the pharmacy to be with her in case they come to rob.

Carlos Granmadruga, candidate in the upcoming elections, appears at the pharmacy campaigning. However, they realize that his pants zipper is broken, and they will have to find a solution for him before he goes back to the street.
