Myung Ja's daughter, Gong Hee, is excited thinking she may be able to finally land a permanent position at Jayce Fashion while Dan Soo, the sole heir to Jayce Fashion, returns to Korea. Myung Ja is frustrated and worried about her husband and children but brags about anything and everything she can think of in front of her friends at a school reunion.

Strange New Neighbour

At Maeng Dumplings, a new landlord announces that he will be significantly increasing the rent. Worried about the rent increase, Myung Ja tells her children to help out with monthly expenses. Meanwhile, Gyeong Bok can't help but notice the owner of the new alternation shop, and Chairwoman Hwang tries to plan blind dates for her grandson, Dan Soo.

Unannounced Visit

Hong Dan visits Gong Boo's OB-GYN clinic as per Gong Hee's recommendation and causes a scene when she is diagnosed with premature menopause. At Maeng Dumplings, Myung Ja is upset after finding out that Gong Boo sold his apartment to pay alimony. Meanwhile, Myung Ja's mother, Sun Yi, is worried about her daughter and visits her home in Seoul unannounced.

Mother's Wedding Ring

Knowing that Myung Ja is struggling financially, Sun Yi leaves her wedding ring for her and returns to Kkotsan. Myung Ja's heart utterly breaks when she sees the ring and the cash her mother left for her. Meanwhile, Dan Soo reluctantly goes on the blind date his grandmother arranged for him.

New Tenant

Worried about her mother, Myung Ja organizes a video call with her siblings upon returning to Seoul to discuss what to do. Meanwhile, Dan Soo gets kicked out of home for ruining the blind date and needs to find a place to stay. He reaches out to Gyeong Sol for help and arrives at Myung Ja's house as a tenant.

Snot Face Geon From Kkotsan

Min Gi plans to propose to Ji Na, while Gong Hee kicks out Dan Soo, who turns out to be her childhood friend Geon. Myung Ja wants to rent a room to Dan Soo, but Gyeong Tae is not sure about it.

Roommates On The Rooftop

Min Gi moves out after being rejected by Ji Na. Gong Hee and Dan Soo live together on the rooftop, but Gyeong Tae is concerned about Dan Soo's mother. Meanwhile, Dan Soo starts his first day at Jayce Fashion.

Myung Ja encounters her enemy Joo Ri at a poetry workshop. Gong Hee learns that her roommate Dan Soo is also her co-worker. At Jayce Fashion, Ji Na feels tension with Min Gi after their breakup, but she still has feelings for him.

Gyeong Bok sees her brother Gyeong Tae with Audrey at Tiffany Alterations. Meanwhile, Gong Boo meets Hong Dan at a club, who thinks he misdiagnosed her. At Jayce Fashion, Ji Na and Gong Hee argue over stolen design ideas.

Myung Ja is upset to learn Gyeong Tae has been secretly sending money to a detective and insists on meeting the detective. Meanwhile, Hong Dan and Gong Boo reconnect, while Min Gi comforts Gong Hee after Ji Na steals her design.

The Mysterious Fashion Designer

Ji Na feels anxious at work after seeing Min Gi invite Gong Hee on a trip. Myung Ja rushes to Kkotsan with Gyeong Tae after hearing about her mother's injury. Meanwhile, Gong Hee connects with Audrey over their favorite designer, Holly.

Gong Hee and Min Gi go on a work trip to Kkotsan, with Dan Soo as their photographer. Ji Na feels jealous seeing Min Gi help Gong Hee. Meanwhile, Myung Ja sets up a video call with her siblings to discuss funding Sun Yi's surgery.

A Walk Down Memory Lane

Myung Ja struggles to find money for her mother's surgery, and Gyeong Bok offers help. Meanwhile, Gong Hee, Dan Soo, and Min Gi visit the natural dye master in Kkotsan and reminisce about their childhood at their old elementary school.

If I Could Fix My Life

The model at Kkotsan causes chaos by leaving a photo shoot, forcing the team to rethink their plans. Meanwhile, Sun Yi is in surgery, and Myung Ja is angry with Gyeong Tae for being absent, unaware he's searching for Oh Jung Won.

That Night In Kkotsan

Audrey advises Gyeong Tae to buy a gift for his mother-in-law who is in the hospital, but they are seen by their neighbors while shopping together. In Kkotsan, the team successfully finishes the photo shoot, thanks to Gong Hee's ideas. After the photo shoot, Gong Hee gets stuck in the rain, and I someone comes to her rescue.

A Sleepless Night In Kkotsan

Gong Hee is distracted by her kiss with Min Gi and fails to fall asleep. Min Gi becomes wary of Dan Soo who seems to show interest in Gong Hee and tries to sound him out by asking if he has feelings for Gong Hee. At the same time, Myung Ja hears a suspicious rumor about Gyeong Tae and Audrey.

The Unsaid Things

Hong Dan visits Gong Boo at his clinic to tell him that she is pregnant, but things don't go according to her plan. Myung Ja snaps at Gyeong Tae upon finding out that Audrey helped him pick out the shoes he bought for Sun Yi. At Jayce Fashion, Chairwoman Hwang calls Ji Na to her office and tells her to consider dating Dan Soo, keeping in mind the things Jayce Group and Dodo Group could achieve together if the two companies were to join forces.

The Secret

Chairwoman Hwang and Deok Soo manage to persuade Dan Soo to go on five dates with Ji Na while Min Gi and Gong Hee have dinner together. Sun Yi recovers from her surgery and is discharged from the hospital. Feeling grateful to Audrey, Myung Ja invites her to the party celebrating Sun Yi's recovery, and Audrey's secret starts to unravel.

Audrey reminisces about her past after leaving the party at Gyeong Sol's pub abruptly. At Jayce Fashion, Ji Na burns with jealousy as she notices that Gong Hee and Min Gi are getting close. Meanwhile, Myung Ja and Gyeong Tae take Sun Yi back to Kkotsan. While in Kkotsan, Gyeong Tae receives an unexpected phone call.

Gyeong Tae returns home from the funeral, and Myung Ja is angry and frustrated that Gyeong Te won't tell her where he has been. At Jayce Fashion, Gong Hee's idea receives great feedback. Feeling jealous, Ji Na makes an unreasonable request. Meanwhile, Gong Boo grows anxious that he can't reach Hong Dan.

Another fight erupts between Myung Ja and Joo Ri at the poetry workshop. After the fight, Joo Ri grows anxious that Min Gi might end up dating Myung Ja's daughter. That evening, Min Gi takes Gong Hee out for dinner after work while Ji Na meets her friends with Dan Soo and introduces him as her boyfriend.

Gong Hee tells Gyeong Tae that she is seeing Min Gi, who is her manager and Ssang Sook's son. Gong Hee's feelings for Min Gi continue to grow while Dan Soo and Ji Na keep spending time together. Meanwhile, Myung Ja and Gyeong Bok grow concerned about Audrey, seeing that her shop has been closed for days.

When Myung Ja sees Audrey and Gyeong Tae together, she suspects for a moment that something may be going on between them, but Audrey opens up to her and tells her about her father. Joo Ri confronts Ji Na while leaving after having a meal with Chairwoman Hwang about Min Gi. After learning Ji Na still has feelings for Min Gi, Joo Ri tries to get Min Gi to go after her. Meanwhile, at the company dinner, Min Gi grabs onto Gong Hee in a troubled state after getting into a big argument with Ji Na and says sweet but precarious words.

What Happened That Night

Hong Dan runs into Gong Boo, and Gong Hee and Min Gi end up spending the night together while Dan Soo anxiously waits for Gong Hee to get home. In the morning, Gyeong Tae catches Gong Hee as she is getting home and expresses his concern. At Jayce Fashion, Ji Na confronts Gong Hee and Min Gi about the night, and Gong Hee sees Min Gi getting into an argument with Ji Na.

Fair And Square

Min Gi tells Ji Na that he wants to start dating Gong Hee, and Ji Na can't get it out of her head. At the poetry workshop, Myung Ja and Joo Ri get into yet another fight. Meanwhile at Jayce Fashion, Gong Hee decides to participate in the design contest to land a permanent position, and Hong Dan tells her co-workers that she is pregnant.

The Nightmare

Gong Boo finds out that Hong Dan is actually pregnant with his child. Excited thinking she can finally get hitched, Hong Dan tells Gong Hee that Gong Boo is the father of her baby. At Jayce Fashion, the blind contest heightens the tensions between Ji Na and Gong Hee. Meanwhile, Myung Ja visits Gong Boo at his clinic and witnesses an unexpected incident.

A Stroll In The Park

After witnessing an unfathomable situation at Gong Boo's clinic, Myung Ja takes Hong Dan, who is pregnant with Gong Boo's baby, to sit down for a chat with a bewildered mind. Meanwhile, Gyeong Tae is seen in the park with a woman, and Chairwoman Hwang invites Dan Soo and Ji Na for lunch and even calls Min Gi to act as Dan Soo's chauffeur.

Sincere Advice

Dan Soo and Ji Na spend the afternoon together outside the office. Dan Soo's advice strikes a chord with Ji Na, so she decides to participate in the design contest and compete against Gong Hee fair and square. Meanwhile, Gong Boo gets drunk and musters up the courage to tell Hong Dan that he has been married before.

The Confusing Feeling

Audrey unexpectedly runs into Dan Soo at the fabric market. For some strange reason, she is reminded of Hae Joon when she sees Dan Soo. On their way home, Dan Soo collapses upon seeing someone being carried into an ambulance, covered in blood. Meanwhile, Ji Na gets drunk and calls Min Gi to the bar. Min Gi takes her home, feeling confused.

The Right Thing To Do

Dan Soo opens up to Gong Hee and tells her about his blood phobia and his dad. Ji Na begs Min Gi to stay with her for the night and tells him that she still loves him, but Min Gi comes home and tells Joo Ri that he wants to date Gong Hee. Worried that Min Gi and Gong Hee might really end up together, Joo Ri decides to come up with a plan to prevent it from happening.

Wake Up Call

Dan Soo hears that Gong Hee is going on a date and can't seem to shake it off. At Jayce Fashion, Ik Sun tells Dan Soo to move back home and start getting ready for his wedding, but Dan Soo sternly refuses. Meanwhile, Min Gi runs into Ji Na at work and tries to clear up the air, but Ji Na tells him that it is really over now.

Unexpected Visitor

Myung Ja and Joo Ri crash Gong Hee and Min Gi's dinner date. Myung Ja drags Gong Hee home and tells her that she absolutely cannot date Min Gi. Meanwhile, Audrey decides to leave the neighborhood and goes to Myung Ja's house to say goodbye. In front of Myung Ja's house, she sees someone unexpected and freezes in shock.

The Truth Is

Heartbroken that she couldn't recognize her son when he was right in front of her, Audrey decided not to move away from the neighborhood. Myung Ja calls a family meeting to decide what to do with Hong Dan and the baby. Meanwhile, Dan Soo is confused as he senses that his feelings for Gong Hee are growing.

Why Are You Curious?

Dan Soo sees Gong Hee and Min Gi together in front of the house. Feeling confused, Dan Soo decides to confront Min Gi about it. Meanwhile, Myung Ja shows up at Hong Dan's checkup appointment to show support, and Audrey musters up the courage to ask Myung Ja about Dan Soo and his father, Hae Joon.

The Proposal Plan

Audrey is devastated and confused, wondering what might have happened to Hae Joon and Dan Soo and why Dan Soo is staying with Gong Hee's family.
